Privacy Policy
Effective September 24, 2026.
In short: Island Colony does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. It does not even need the internet.
1. Who is responsible
The developer and operator of the Island Colony application (the “App”) is Anatoly Osokin (“I”, “the developer”). Contact: osokingauss@gmail.com.
2. What data the App collects
None. The App:
- requires no registration and creates no accounts;
- does not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other data;
- contains no ads, analytics, trackers or third-party SDKs;
- the only payment operation is an optional tip for the developer via Apple in-app purchase; Apple processes it, and the developer never receives your payment details;
- makes no network requests and works entirely offline.
3. What is stored on your device
The only thing the App saves is a file with your current game (the state of the colony). It lives in the App's folder on your device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is deleted together with the App. If device backups are enabled (iCloud or local), this file may be included in the backup under Apple's rules — the developer has no access to it.
4. Data processed by Apple
The App is distributed through the App Store. Apple may collect information about installs, purchases, crashes and usage in accordance with Apple's privacy policy. Crash reports and anonymised statistics reach me only if you have chosen to share them with developers in your device settings; they contain no personal data.
5. Children
The App collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
6. Your rights
Since I keep no data about you, requests to access, correct or delete data can only concern the saved game on your own device — you remove it yourself by deleting the App. For any questions, use the address above.
7. Changes
If the App ever starts processing data (for example, cloud saves), this policy will be updated before such a version is released, and the date at the top of this page will change.
