Terms of Use

Effective September 24, 2026.

By installing or using the Island Colony game (the “App”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Parties

The App is provided by Anatoly Osokin (the “developer”). Contact: osokingauss@gmail.com.

2. Licence

The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store rules. The App is licensed, not sold. Your relationship with Apple is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two conflict on matters concerning Apple, Apple's agreement prevails.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, modify, decompile or create derivative works of the App except as expressly permitted by law. You may not use the App in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

The App's code, interface, artwork and texts belong to the developer and are protected by copyright law.

5. Tips

The App lets you leave an optional tip for the developer via Apple in-app purchase. Tips unlock nothing and change nothing in the game; refunds are handled under Apple's rules.

6. Saved games

The App stores your current game only on your device. The developer has no access to it and cannot restore it if it is lost with the device or deleted together with the App.

7. No warranty

The App is provided “as is”. The developer does not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor that it is fit for any particular purpose. Game balance, rules and content may change in updates.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. The developer's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

9. Changes to these terms

The developer may update these terms; the new version is published on this page with a new date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept them.

10. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain in force. Questions about the terms — to the address above.
